All players are required to follow this order when making each move: Using one hand, pick up the piece and move it to the selected square. The move is not completed until the piece is released on the square. Using the same hand you moved the piece with, press the button on your clock ending your turn. Only then do you write down your move.
To castle use only one hand: first pick up the King and move it two squares toward your Rook. Release the King and with the same hand, pick up the rook and place it on the other side of your King. Using the hand you castled with, press the button on your clock ending your turn. Next write down your move.
